Followed directions very carefully, it turned into this sludge

It's normal for there to be a thicker consistency as you mention. Be sure that you stir the pitcher really well before each serving. The idea is there is no sludge left by the end of the batch. We find that leaving the tea in an open top pitcher works well for convenience. The slippery elm bark can occasionally have larger particles.

Waiting

I have been on the tea two months at max dose three times daily. No change yet. Giving it time. I reached out to them in regards to burning mouth but they assured me it's not the tea. I disagree because I am not taking anything else at this time. Perhaps it's die off. I don't know but I will continue for six months if I can take the pain in my mouth.

Thank you for your review. We recommend taking Essiac Tea continuously for at least 6 months to see more significant improvement. Some people experience sooner improvement but that is not common. Most people experience the first changes after 4.5 months to 6 months of continuous use. Keep taking it and don't give up hope.

Using for my dog

My Basenji, Toula, was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer tumor that was removed and that usually doesn’t respond to treatment and she was given 3 months survival. That was the beginning of December, and we are at a solid 2 1/2 months and she hasn’t had any further tumor development, and she does not feel sick. She actually drinks her tea twice a day with a tiny bit of cat food mixed into it. I am hoping for more quality time with her.

Tea of Life

I have been using Essiac on and off since 1996. It was called Tea of Life way back then. However after getting prostate cancer in 2020 I went on an aggressive dose of Essiac. I also changed my diet, going off dairy, red meat, anything processed and decided that if man made it don't eat it. It has been a long journey but a successful outcome. I am now on the maintenance dosage and have never felt better. I am back doing my 5k weekly runs and enjoying life to the full. Oh, and I'm 80.!!!!

Preventative Care

Very thankful that my health is excellent. I'm taking Essiac to keep it that way. Two times a day, 3 - 4 ounces. I don't add any Stevia, just raw. Grateful to support a small family business too.
