Gina Paulhus lives in Haverhill MA and is the co-onwer of Genuine Essiac alongside her husband Bryan Paulhus. She spearheads marketing and oversees customer service. Gina writes our newsletters and website and initiates outreach. Gina has been working with Essiac since 2005. She loves all things alternative health. Bryan Paulhus, Owner
Bryan Paulhus of Haverhill MA is the one who brought the Essiac formula to the company. He has been working with Essiac since 1985. Bryan handles a lot of the social media replies, including for our exceedingly popular Genuine Essiac Users Group. He also offers phone support. Bryan knows the most about the product and we call him our Essiac Expert.
Dominic Rovetto, Production Manager and Logistics
Dominic hails from Newmarket NH. He manages ordering raw material and the manufacturing process. He is also our shipping and inventory manager. Dominic provides phone support to customers. Dominic has been with us the longest, having started with Genuine Essiac back in 2006, making him a true Essiac Expert. Alan Mondragon, Product Production and Order Fulfillment
Alan is from Nashua NH. He is responsible for producing our bagged Essiac product. He also assists with order fulfillment and inventory management. Alan will rise to any challenge and produce the amount of product needed on any given week no matter what. He began working with us in 2019.
Leonel Mondragon, Research Head
Leonel is a medical researcher from Argentina who has a passion for bringing more attention to natural remedies within the medical community. To facilitate that, he has been undergoing research on Essiac tea. This is critically important work because without research it's hard to gain the respect that Essiac deserves among a wider array of people. Leonel also assists with social media responses and content creation. He is an active moderator on our Facebook Group Genuine Essiac Users. He even is available to speak with customers directly via email when they need a medical professional's opinion. Leonel has been assisting Genuine Essiac since 2019.
Michelle Corres, Office Assistant, Social Media Assistant
Michelle is from Haverhill MA. She takes care of printing orders, managing our Newsletter, and assisting with our social media accounts. She also spearheads customer service. Michelle has been a huge asset to our team in taking some of the workload off the rest of us, and we really appreciate her. Michelle came on board with Genuine Essiac in 2023.
Carmen Jasper, Customer Service
