Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally and worldwide.

Shipping times:

• Domestic orders take 2-3 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 3 business days.
• International orders take between 2 business days and 6 weeks depending on the service requested. DHL tends to be 2-4 days while UPS and USPS take longer.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
• Orders held up in customs in your country may further delay your receivership.

Shipping cost:

• Domestic orders 10 lb. and under will have free shipping.
• Wholesale pricing orders of any and all weights will be charged shipping, even domestically.
• International orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. Customs fees are not included in the shipping fee.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both domestic & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
• We also accept Shop Pay and Amazon Pay.
• Some customers will see an option to pay in 4 installments. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Orders once placed cannot be canceled, but may be returned.

You may return unopened product for up to 30 days from date of purchase.

You also may return any product for a full refund or a replacement that arrives in damaged condition.

Please send an email to genuineessiac @ gmail.com to let us know the return is on it's way. Please include a note in the box listing your name and the reason for the return.

We will issue you a refund within 3 business days of your return being marked "Delivered" via the payment method that you used to purchase the product.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 3 business days.

How subscriptions work

• You can save 10% when you choose to subscribe to one of our products. This means the product will be delivered on autoship.
• All of our products come with the option of being shipped just one time at the normal price, or being shipped on a schedule of your choosing using a subscription. The choice is yours.

If you choose to subscribe you will save 10% right away, as well as for all future orders. Products are automatically delivered on your schedule. There is no obligation to continue the subscription at any point. You are free to modify or cancel your subscription anytime. Pricing may increase if one-time pricing increases, but it will always be 10% lower than one-time subscription pricing.

You will be reminded of your upcoming subscription three days before it is shipped, which will provide plenty of time to cancel if you have changed your mind.

If you do change your mind after the order has been charged, we can issue a refund as long as it's within 30 days of your subscription being sent out. If you receive unwanted product, you will be responsible to send it back or refuse delivery. It will take 5-10 business days for the funds to return to your account once you've reached out to us to let us know you want to cancel the order. The product keeps for 2 years from date of purchase in the event you still want to keep it.

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy. These are known to vary by location and without notice.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

• The customs value is made up of:
• the price paid for the goods,
• the insurance cost,
• the shipping cost.

Note: Customs fees will be your responsibility. The charges are generally similar for a small parcel and a large parcel, so we suggest ordering the largest parcel you can use within 2 years to save as much money as possible on customs fees.
