Genuine Essiac Return Policy

We keep our return policy simple. 

Orders once placed cannot be canceled because it causes too much confusion for the shipping department and the timing doesn't always allow us to intercept the request prior to the order being shipped.

However, you may return unopened product for up to 30 days from date of purchase. Product returrned that was purchased more than 30 days ago will not be refunded. The return will be at your expense.

You also may receive a replacement for any order that arrives in damaged condition. Simply contact us in that case and there is usually no need to return the product that was shipped to you.

Please send an email to genuineessiac @ gmail.com to let us know the return is on it's way. It's also helpful for us if you can include a note in the box explaining the nature of your return and the name you ordered under if different than what appears on the return label on your box. Order numbers are always helpful if you have them.

 

When to Expect Your Refund

We will issue you a refund within 7 of your return being marked "Delivered" to our address. The refund will appear on the payment method that you used to purchase the product within 5 business days.

If you returned a Subscription order, the credit will take 5-10 business days to post after it's requested 7 days from when the return is marked Delivered. If you returned a regular order, the credit will take up to 5 business days to post.
