Subscribe and Save Autoship Program Terms and Conditions
Products are automatically delivered on the schedule of your choosing upon enrollment. You may modify or cancel your autoship subscription anytime via the links in the email you received upon signup. You are saving 10% of usual website prices by enrolling in this program. You will be reminded of upcoming charges and shipments via email 3 days in advance. You always have the ability to cancel or postpone upcoming shipments as long as you submit the request at least 24 hours in advance via phone or email, or by editing your subscription in the ReCharge portal on our website.
You are not permitted to cancel an order that has already been processed, so be sure to cancel unwanted autoship orders at least 24 hours in advance. Orders are typically processed just past midnight ET (New York time). You may return unwanted product via the terms specified in our Return Policy also linked in the footer of our Website.
Please contact us if you have any questions about your recurring orders. We can help you modify a subscription if you reach out at 24 hours before your charge will occur. We can also provide you with an additional copy of the instructions on how to manage your subscription on your own if you need it. Prices of products are subject to change, but you will always receive your order at 10% lower than our usual website prices when you keep your Autoship Subscription.
It is your responsibility to expressly cancel your subscription or request that we cancel your subscription on your behalf if you don't want the product to be shipped on a recurring basis moving forward. In other words, by returning your product that doesn't mean that we automatically cancel future orders unless you request that we do so directly. Please make your request to cancel future shipments clear via email or phone contact methods, or otherwise in writing, or by using the ReCharge portal to cancel on your own.
