How We Ship Your Order
We Offer USPS as well as UPS Shipping Methods for Your Essiac Tea Order
We use USPS to ship our Essiac domestically, which is short for the United States Postal Service (otherwise known as the mail). USPS offers the best prices and service for the particular size and weight parcels we use. We use Priority Mail for all domestic orders and we offer Free Shipping. You may also choose UPS and you can pay for varying speeds if UPS is your preference.
International Orders: We offer UPS as well as USPS. You'll be able to select the best option for you at checkout online.
Our shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays.
If you require faster service please contact us via phone: 978-504-9517. All orders received by noon EST on Tuesday or Friday make the shipping cutoff. Orders coming in after those dates go out on the next ship date. We ship US orders via Priority Mail and after we've shipped it takes 2-3 business days on average. For international orders, speed varies widely but can be estimated on www.usps.com using the ship from zip code '01830.' In some cases it can take weeks for the herbs to clear customs. Unfortunately that is out of our control. In general, international orders can take as long as 4-6 weeks to arrive to you if they get held up at customs. Please plan accordingly.
There have been some rumors that the USPS irradiates packages.
That is true, but only in very limited situations. We want you to know that this is only done to mail and packages sent to government offices in the following zip codes: 20200 through 20599. Rest assured we are as invested as you are in getting your Essiac to you safely and unharmed.

For orders 3 lb. 4 oz. and smaller, you can avoid customs fees by choosing USPS shipping.
