This is my second batch of tea. This one is extremely bitter but I'm getting used to it. I am feeling more energy and going to the bathroom a lot. I am excited to have my blood tested to see if I have improved in any of my problem areas. I am pre-diabetic, high bad cholesterol and low good cholesterol. I have off the chart high homocystine level, hypothyroidism, migraines, kidney problems. I'm overweight and finally starting to lose weight, I have been trying to lose weight for years and it wouldn't budge, so now I started to lose weight since starting the tea. I can exercise now without hurting myself, my inflammation must have decreased. That also was extremely high. I also have lipedema or lymphadema and I think my lymph system is actually moving again.
