Easy to make, good to drink
The already made packets are easy to use—no measuring necessary. You just need to make sure that the heat is not turned up to high so that it doesn’t spill over. The flavor is surprisingly pleasant as well.

Been drinking the tea for only a month so I can’t say one way or another. Have been feeling terrible for about 4 months I think due in part to restricted blood flow in my arteries. I have had bypass surgery and am fatigued and short of breath. I have started chelation therapy and have had slight improvement not knowing if the therapy, the tea or both, have contributed to that improvement. I also suffer from prostate cancer and is the main reason I started the tea. I will keep you posted on my progress in both areas of concern.

We recommend taking Essiac Tea continuously for at least 6 months, 3 oz three times a day (or 6 oz for the aggressive serving size) to see more significant improvement. Some people experience sooner improvement but that is not common. Most people experience the first changes after 4.5 months to 6 months of continuous use.
