Video: Learn How the Boiling Should Look When You Make Genuine Essiac Tea
If you don't understand how you'll want to boil the Essiac, you can see here that I've got some bubbles, and that means that my water is boiling. What I'm going to do next is put my packet in there, and you'll notice that the water stops boiling quite as fast when I add the powder.
Okay? Now what we're going to do is turn our heat down just to about a medium with and you can see that my medium's down here, but that's because my stove is a little bit less powerful. So this is very individual.
You can see that there's still bubbles, which is great. So maybe I can move it down even just a little bit more. So this is not something that you have to worry too much about. What you want to do is just make sure that you have bubbles and make sure that you're not boiling over because if the bubbles go too fast, the tea might boil over.
