Sorry, but gave it a full month of trying it and it did nothing for me. Worst part is the horrible taste. No amount of sweetener improved it. But the health benefits were non-existent for me.

If your tea boiled over, cooking at a gentle heat can make a big difference. Once the water has boiled, reduce the heat to medium heat, and once the water has settle down add the herbs.

I have been drinking this tea since March 2026. The dosage has been 3 oz, 3x a day. Have followed the directions. I really haven’t experienced any changes or differences in the way I feel nor has my blood labs shown any changes good or bad. What I can help with is the tea itself. Before anything else, would you mind confirming a few details for me? Sometimes small differences in preparation or timing affect the experience:
Were you avoiding food for 2 hours before and 1 hour after each serving?
Did you have coffee (especially with cream or sugar) during the empty-stomach window?
Were there any missed servings along the way?

If you haven't noticed changes at six months, I would personally give it a full year before deciding it's not for you.
