Not for me

After 1 week of drinking the tea, my stomach cramped and I doubled over in pain.
I retained lots of fluid.
I stopped the tea and within two days, I felt like myself again. It’s just not for me.

Have not started it yet but all arrived on time ok. There is a very useful youtube podcatst on how to make the tea so will start shortly. very interesting to listen to the whole Essiac Story.
