Suggested Serving Size of Essiac Tea

The suggested serving size is 3 oz. at a time, which is just under 1/2 cup liquid measure.

• It's best to take the tea cold straight from the refrigerator. If you cannot drink it cold, you can leave it out for an hour or so to take it at room temperature.
• If you are out and about and would like to take Essiac along with you, you can bring your serving with you in a thermos with some ice cubes thrown in to ensure that it stays chilled.
