We offer 1 oz. packets for those who are taking Essiac less frequently or for those giving Essiac to children or pets under 85 lb. These packets make 1 quart at a time. If, like most people, you are taking the Essiac three times per day, preparing 1 quart of Essiac at a time will be more expensive and much more time consuming, since you'll have to make essiac four times as frequently.
