You have 30 days from purchase to return your Essiac or request an exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Opened bags of Essiac may not be returned. Unwanted items must be returned at your own expense. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Completing Your Return

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may print the email that came when you ordered or include a note with your name and your approximate order date.

Receiving Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process any refunds that fit into our 30 day policy. You will receive an email with your refund information if applicable. In that case, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days of our receiving your return.

Length of Time to Receive Your Refund

After receiving notice of your refund, expect it to take 5-10 business days for the funds to reappear on your original payment method. If you switch credit cards while waiting and your new credit card is still with the old bank, your credit should be automatically applied to the new card. If you have closed the account completely, you will typically receive a check for your credit from the credit card company. That process can take longer and you may reach out to your bank for more information. We are unable to provide refunds to any payment method other than the original payment method. 

If you haven’t received a refund after the 5-10 business days, contact your credit card company. While they may see the refund, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at genuineessiac @ gmail.com.

Replacements and Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not require that you return damaged goods. Simply email your request to genuineessiac @ gmail.com and we will replace whatever was damanged. If you exchange one item for another, send us an email at genuineessiac @ gmail.com and send your item to: 10 Boardman St. Haverhill Massachusetts US 01830. Additional fees to take care of price differences and/or refunds may apply. To request an exchange, please email genuineessiac @ gmail.com.

Shipping your return

To return your product, you should mail your it to: Genuine Essiac attn: Returns Department, 10 Boardman St. Haverhill Massachusetts US 01830.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs including those for international orders are non-refundable. Please track your returns because any item we don't receive will not be refunded.
