Jury still out

I can’t say that I’m experiencing anything really amazing while taking the tea, except being “regular” if you know what I mean. My husband has made every mud joke he can think of when I drink it. The taste is earthly but not in a bad way. What you smell when it’s steeping is a pretty accurate idea of the taste. If it’s doing anything healing on the inside is tough to tell when I don’t really have any health issues to speak of to begin with. Maybe it’s preventing something (I sure hope so!)? I will continue to take it.
Thanks for sticking with my rambling. I will definitely say that the 4 ounce packets are the way to go in my book! No fuss, everything is pre measured, and directions are easy to follow. Can’t hurt to try it if you’re thinking about it.

I know this tea is making a difference in my body. My inflammation has gone down, I've lost some weight and I have no heart palpitations anymore. I will continue on it as long as I can afford it. Will be six months in December that I will be on it.
