After my cancer diagnosis about a year ago, I stumbled on genuineessiac while searching for alternatives for radiation therapy. My last scan showed no tumors. I already recommended this product to a couple of people that are battling cancer.
I know this product is highly recommended but I had a friend who didn't have any and recently diagnosed with breast cancer so I gave it to her.
Was taking a good 4 ingredient essiac for 2 years, but changed to 8 ingredient Genuine Essiac when it seemed the cancer might be doing something. Have been taking it religiously for 5 months and the doctors think the cancer has grown since then and possibly metatasized. I don't know if this essiac is helping hold back faster growth or making any difference. I'm assuming it is helping in some way. It appears that the guarantee only applies if you never miss a day or dose in 6 months. I've skipped a dose or 2 as life required.
These packets make it so easy to make a batch of Essiac tea, and I know I’m getting top quality herbs with a scientifically-proven method. I have been using this product for 5 months for general health, and I have experienced improved skin, significantly lowered food cravings, weight loss, and improved sleep.
Genuine Essiac has wonderful customer service as well, and I appreciate their active Facebook group.
My husband had diarrhea four or five times every morning for years! After four months on genuine Essiac it's amazing he's almost normal now! It lowered his blood sugar within the first week (diabetes) and within a month all his bloodwork came back normal. First time in ten years! He's also finally sleeping better through the night! Everyone needs to drink this tea as directed! A gift from God!
This is the best product has helped me so much in helping my health get better from the big C. I have spread the word about this product I continue to take essiac until the big C is gone. As of right now it’s helping to not spread and start shrinking. This is sent from the Heavens. Most recent CT shows shrinking and hoping next MRI of head shows good results fingers crossed Lots of love to you for making this product!! I wil be taking this for the rest of my life.

I decided to try this tea as I was suddenly hit with what appears to be psoriatic Arthritis. I have felt many benefits and have t has also made me aware of many bad habits I have! I have not overcome this Health problem as of yet but have also not completed the six months.
I do however feel healthier. I plan to order another 6 months when I complete this first round. I believe I will have to alter some other foods as well to get best benefits.

I'm halfway through my second 1lb(3 months). I've not missed a beat. I am not noticing much if any change. I understand 6 months is recommended. The ingredients are great. So I can't help but think it is all good health wise. The sludge is stirred up but it is getting caught in my throat and causing some gagging & coughing. I may switch to the prepared tea bags to avoid the unpleasantry of sediment. Instructions are not to strain the sediment, but at the bottom there is so much that doesn't stay in suspension. I've strained the sludge and dried it and reconstituted it into cooking as a spice.
Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We understand that you are halfway through your second 1lb of Essiac and are yet to see significant changes.
We recommend taking Essiac Tea continuously for at least 6 months, 3 oz three times a day (or 6 oz for the aggressive serving size) to see more significant improvement. Some people experience sooner improvement but that is not common. Most people experience the first changes after 4.5 months to 6 months of continuous use.
Research shows at least six months of continuous use is what is needed for lasting change. Please don't judge the tea before the six month mark, or you could miss out on some pretty huge benefits.
Reagarding the sludge, It's normal for there to be a thicker consistency as you mention. Be sure that you stir the pitcher really well before each serving. The idea is there is no sludge left by the end of the batch. We find that leaving the tea in an open top pitcher works well for convenience. It's best to consume the herbs as part of each serving. Therefore, please do not strain and throw out the particles at the bottom. It's important to get some of these particles into each and every serving. The herbs are meant to be in your body. This is how Rene Caisse recommended it be taken. The most effective way to get the herbs into you is to use a large wooden spoon to stir the pitcher before pouring each serving. You can leave the lid off your container to make this more convenient. Stirring tends to work better than shaking especially when the pitcher is full. You can add extra water to improve consistency. Please add the water after you have measured your serving, that way you get enough of the active ingredients in Essiac.
When you purchase Essiac that is already made in liquid form, tea bags, capsules or tinctures, you won't be able to obtain the same effectiveness the powdered herbs offer. The first reason is because the process of brewing herbs is the most effective way to extract the medicinal properties from them. Our bodies simply do not efficiently extract medicinal properties from dry herbs when we digest them. Since our bodies naturally absorb water, boiling the herbs to make a tea is essentially just a way of transporting the extracted medicinal properties into our bodies by using water as a vehicle to do so.
The second reason has to do with the dietary fiber contained within the powdered herbs. When you consume the powdered herbs in essiac tea you are also consuming dietary fiber. This dietary fiber is essential in the removal of toxins from your digestive tract.
The main goal of essiac tea is to remove toxins from your digestive tract. This is massively important because a clean digestive tract leads to a clean bloodstream…. and a clean bloodstream GREATLY enhances your immune response. Essentially your bloodstream is a battleground between toxins and your immune response and the battle is won by having a pristine bloodstream. Straining the herbs from essiac tea greatly reduces the cleansing of your digestive tract and therefore decreases the effectiveness of the tea.
Rene Caisse used only powdered herbs in her essiac tea formula because it was then, and still is, the most effective way of administering essiac tea.

I have been on this tea going on 4 months and it is one of the best decisions I ever made in life, for my health. I got my daughter using it now and I see so much improvement in my gut issues, I have no flare ups to diverticulitis, which I would have by now, so thankful, anybody that doesn’t see progress, just keep going and you will definitely see.
