Video: Her Stage 4 Breast Cancer is in Remission and Her Bones Are Stronger Once Again
Hello, my name is Cheryl. I have stage four breast cancer metastasized to bone. That's in my spine, my groin, my fibula and my tibia. I was diagnosed in December 2023, a little bit before Christmas.
I was in severe pain. I was on every pain relief going, morphine capsules, morphine liquids, suppositories, paracetamol, you name it. I took it.
I started the conventional treatment that the hospital gave to me. I started that straight away. So that was letrozole, as it was a hormonal driven cancer and Kiskeli, which is a targeted therapy drug.
So I started those along with the Essiac tea that my partner found in '24, February of '24. So a couple of months after my diagnosis, I started the Essiac tea along with the conventional medication.
After about four months, the pain subsided. It went, there was no more pain. I didn't have to take any more pain relief. I haven't ever since.
I started to become well again. My general wellness, my general well-being, my skin, my hair, everything, it improved. My bones felt very weak prior to starting the tea. I had a vertebrae collapse at the top of my spine.
So they wanted to put me in a wheelchair. They wanted to put rungs in my legs. They thought that everything was just gonna collapse and break, it felt that way.
But after I say being on the tea for four, oh, four months, the lump in the breast went. It just disappeared and just got smaller and smaller till it went, and the bone started to feel a lot stronger.
There was always like a pulling at the top of my spine, like it was gonna tear. It felt like this, like it was going to rip. That went, everything in my bones just started to feel stronger again.
And that was probably six months in. So by the time six months had come, the lump in the breast had gone, and my bones started to feel stronger.
So in February of this year, so after being on the medication, the pharmaceutical medication for over a year, I stopped them.
And I stopped them because I didn't want - I felt rubbish on them. And what I I was putting the goodness of the Essiac into me, and then I was taking the pharmaceutical, and I just felt like it was - I didn't wanna waste - I didn't wanna put the badness in my body from the pharmaceutical, so I stopped it. And I knew my gut, I knew that was the right thing to do. I had the support of my family, and so I'd done it and I was, it felt the natural thing to do for me.
That's just for me. I mean, that's how I felt and that's what I'd done. So I haven't been on the pharmaceuticals for many months now. I've had my scans. The lump in the boob isn't there.
Bones are getting stronger. There's no longer the wedge of the collapse up here at the top of my spine. That's corrected itself.
They mention a lot of sclerotic terms in my scan. So that's like a hardening of the bone. I've spoken to Bryan many times and he said that, you know, the bones will take longer to heal. They're hard bone and they'll take longer. So I'm sticking with it. So I've been on the tea for 20 months now.
I know that it's healing my bones, I know that it's healed my body. I've never felt so well. I'm so, so grateful that my partner found the tea. I'm so grateful that Essiac provides the tea, and I'm thankful and I thank God every day for healing us, healing us with, with his herbs, and it's amazing and I love it and I'm so thankful.
And I will take the Essiac tea for as long as I live, and, and that's it, and I'm really grateful and thank you very much, and thank you to the Essiac team. They're always on the end of the phone, at the end of an email. They are more than helpful. They've been amazing on my journey.
