I would like to thank you all for providing this amazing tea. The name Genuine is very appropriate not only for the tea but also for all you folks behind the scenes, providing the tea. My experience so far is proving to be of great benefit to my physical health. At the end of July 2025 I had some blood work drawn. I started taking the tea at the end of August 2025. In September, I went on a holiday and stopped taking the tea for 18 days. When I came home I restarted taking 8 oz three times a day. In December 2025 I had bloodwork done again. The results showed an increase of my white blood cells, the neutrophils doubled, still remaining within normal range. Indicating my immune system is strengthening. My blood pressure normalized as well. So far, it's been very positive. The proof is very clear to me. Much gratitude for all the work you do on a daily basis to help us regain our health. It really does work
I just started, so I don't have empirical evidence "yet" of how it is working. I can say that the product came intact and in good shape with clear instructions. I'm trying to take very religiously. I have had to travel on one occasion, and so I went off for that week, but I'm back on using 3 oz. 3 times a day. I had a change in breast tissue on one side, but it wasn't cancer. The thermogram showed slight risk. So, I decided to take for good measure. I'll go back this summer for a follow-up and see how things look. I have had no symptoms and continue to not have symptoms. I'll be glad to report what I find in the summer.
I’ve only drank it for 1 1/2 months while on radiation treatments and I honestly think it is cleansing my body of impurities. It’s simple to make and has no bad taste. I may stay on it for the rest of my life. I have a lot of energy and no side effects from the radiation treatments.
I had canceled my order but they still shipped it. When I asked if I can return it for a refund if I don’t open the package they told me no. Packaging looks sloppy & unprofessional considering the price.
Been taking for 2 months. My stomach issues have greatly improved.

This is the second batch that I’ve ordered. The first batch seemed normal in color and tasted like a normal tea. But this second batch has a greenish tint to it and tastes awful.

The taste of Essiac tea can become even more bitter when grown in the wettest growing seasons. This is quite normal since differences in each growing season can have a dramatic impact on the taste of many herbs, not just the herbs in Essiac tea. Because the product is minimally processed and contains no additives or preservatives, the taste isn’t always the same from batch to batch.
These seasonal climate differences DO NOT lessen the effectiveness of your Essiac tea. Your tea is still as effective as ever but the taste is simply more bitter.
You might have 2 years of the batches seeming very similar, but then a batch that seems quite different. You also could get different experiences from various bags in the same order. It all has to do with the factors that go into the growth of each herb that is part of the blend.
We recommend adding as much unsweetened fruit or vegetable juice, lemon juice or stevia to your Essiac to help out if you are finding the product to be too bitter.
Please keep in mind that the goal of it isn't taste, it's results, and most customers get used to it after a few days, especially with the added sweetener.
Rest assured, we always use tea from each batch ourselves and if anything was wrong we would be sure to prevent herbs from that batch from going out the door. I have ordered the 4, 4 oz twice, the 3rd time unfortunately was during the Christmas season and it was stolen out of my mailbox. I sent a message and immediately received a message back that they were replacing my order and I received it so quickly. I am loving the results I am experiencing. Less inflammation, great energy and I will see in a few months what has happened with the tumor that was found in my breast in June of 2025, as I will have been on the tea for 6 months.

Are there any supplements or herbs you shouldn’t take while on this tea?

Essiac tea does not interact with any supplements or medications. You can take it along with them. The only supplement we don’t recommend mixing with the tea is anything with over 2 grams of protein or fats it is digested as food.

We recommend taking Essiac Tea continuously for at least 6 months, 3 oz three times a day (or 6 oz for the aggressive serving size) to see more significant improvement. Some people experience sooner improvement but that is not common.

The product is good. And I used all the product. I didn't reorder, because it's winter, and I had so much trouble getting myself to drink it. Wondering if it can be drunk at room temperature or warmed up before drinking? I also had a difficult time finding time between meals to use. I found I was losing weight and couldn't eat at my normal times with this. I doubt others had these problems, but I found it inconvenient to use. The price was also high ($65) if you don't order in bulk. Some of the main herbs are quite inexpensive or grow in my backyard already. Note: I might of reordered but there is no way to talk to a person.

Thank you for your review and for giving our product a try. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during the winter months. It's suggested to drink the Essiac straight from the fridge - cold. If you reheat it, you are essentially cooking it twice which can degrade the medicinal compounds in the tea.
If you cannot drink it cold, you may drink it left out at room temperature for a little while (but be sure to refrigerate the pitcher all the time and simply take out individual servings to leave out at room temperature when needed).
We also understand the difficulty in finding time between meals to use the product. The sample schedule on the link below will show how you can get in three meals and three snacks if you want to and still be taking your Essiac tea on an empty stomach. It will take a little bit of discipline, but it's certainly achievable. Once you settle into a routine, it's a snap.
