You simply have to make, do the same process as if you've made a pot of pasta. You know you boil water, and once it's boiling, if you had you put the pasta in and boil it for 10 minutes. Well, that's how you make Essiac. You just put it in, boil it for 10 minutes and that's all you need to do every two weeks to make Essiac tea.
That's it. Once you get it, and it's all done, you put it in the refrigerator. We give you instructions on how to do everything. But you just simply drink it from the refrigerator as directed three times a day.
There's no difficulty in preparation, no straining, very easy process. So, don't be concerned. It's, it's very doable.
