Aloha, my name is Mira Lan Gua when I live on Maui and Mary Anne Langlois when I live in Michigan. I was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive cancer, a thyroid cancer, a year ago. And I looked at all these amazing alternate treatments and it was overwhelming, so I did nothing. One day a new friend of mine said, Hey, drink this. And I took a three ounce slug of Essiac tea and thought, well, why not? He'd been taking it for about a year and thought it couldn't hurt.
Soon after that, so totally five months of drinking the tea religiously, three times a day, three, four, sometimes five ounces, the tumor was no longer in my body. Now, I don't know, Essiac tea is the only thing that I changed in my diet.
I'm continuing to take it because why not? So that's my story and aloha.
