I’ve tried this a very long time ago for health maintenance. This time around I started using it again for the IVD 1-A diagnosis. I don’t know if it does any good. The time it takes to make it and the quantity takes a lot of time and a lot of fridge space. When I’m not as fatigued, I’ll resume properly brewing it. I used to make a cup at a time like cowboy coffee but from what I read it needs to brew in the saucepan a while to bring out the benefits of the herbs.

Essiac tea is an excellent preventative measure and it also helps to improve many health conditions. It only takes 10 minutes every 2 weeks to prepare 1 gallon of tea. The biggest reason we don't suggest brewing Essiac Tea one cup at a time is because you will miss out on the 12 hour steeping process. The steeping process helps the tea work at it's best.
